  • What's the difference between basic and managed hosting

    Basic hosting includes fast and secure hosting with SSL and backups, but does not include updates and edits. Those are charged at our hourly rate. 


    Our Managed hosting options include everything in Basic plus hands-on support and on-demand access for updates, edits, monthly reporting and SEO tracking

  • Can I move my current website over?

    Absolutely. We can handle the full migration between different content management systems (CMS). Whether your site is on Wordpress, Webflow, Shopify or another platform - we'll make sure it transfers smoothly. 

  • What happens to my domain?

    Your domain can stay wherever you have it registered already (GoDaddy, SquareSpace, etc.).

  • What happens if my site goes down?

    We monitor uptime daily. If your site goes offline, we'll be alerted and start working to fix it right away without you lifting a finger. 


    This rarely happens due to our 99.99% uptime guarantee through reliable servers such as AWS.

  • How do I make edits?

    If you need to make an update, simply email or text us (depending on your plan) and we'll handle the changes. 


    If you'd like to make edits yourself, we can provide you with access and show you how. 

  • What is the required commitment?

    All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. We don't think you'll want to, but if you need to, we ask that you provide a 15-30 day notice. 


    We do offer a $10 off monthly discount for a 6-month commitment or longer on Managed and Pro hosting plans.
